OPINION

SMITH, Judge.

On October 13, 1994, Appellant James W. Connors, III, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, second offense; driving on a revoked license; and reckless endangerment. After a sentencing hearing on December 6, 1994, Appellant received an effective sentence of 120 days imprisonment followed by 2]é years of probation. Appellant appealed his sentence and this Court vacated his sentence and remanded the case for resentencing.
