This is a bill filed, in pursuance of leave obtained to do so, ' in the Circuit Court of Cook County on September 4, 1888, by certain stockholders in the Great Western Telegraph Company, on behalf of themselves and such other stockholders as might become co-complainants with them, against said company and Elias B.
