The defendant, Dwaine Arsenio Miller, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of one count of burglary in the *523first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-101 (a) (3), one count of burglary in the second degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-102 (a) and one count of larceny in the third degree in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-119 and 53a-124 (a) (2).
