1 Reported in 250 N.W. 451. The appellant, Dobner, is receiver of the St. Paul Home Company, a corporation, in court in process of dissolution. In that proceeding the respondent, W.A. Lang, Incorporated, petitioned for certain relief. It was granted, and the receiver appeals from the order, challenging the findings of fact upon which the order is made.
