In this appeal, our jurisdiction is invoked under 33 U.S.C. § 921(c) to review the Decision and Order of the Benefits Review Board (“BRB”) of the United States Department of Labor which affirmed an order of an Administrative Law Judge (“AU”). The order of the AU, set forth below, awarded future compensation benefits pursuant to the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, 33 U.S.C. § 901 et seq. (“LHWCA”), to David F.
