Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Chemung County (Hayden, J.), rendered July 27, 2007, convict*994ing defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.
The Chemung County 911 call center received a telephone call reporting that a man inside a local bar was brandishing a silver gun.
