In this case dealing with an administrative prison regulation concerning postage and photocopying, plaintiff, Benito Negron, appeals the trial court’s judgment dismissing his case against defendants, Gary Golder, Joe Ortiz, and Cathie Holst, as frivolous. We affirm.
