On July 30,1956, plaintiff filed his complaint for damages for alleged malicious and wrongful garnishments of plaintiff’s wages by defendant Westport Finance Company. Plaintiff alleges that he is a resident and citizen of Kansas City, Kansas, and that defendant is a Missouri corporation with its principal place of business located in Kansas City, Missouri.
