GAMMAGE, Justice.
This is an appeal from judgment of the 169th District Court of Bell County, Texas, partitioning the civil service retirement benefits earned through federal employment of appellant, Edwin C. Boniface.
We will affirm the judgment of the trial court.
The parties were married on October 1, 1943. On January 2, 1947, appellant began working for the United States Civil Service. The parties were divorced March 24, 1972, at which time the retirement benefits in dispute were accrued and vested.
