The defendant was convicted, upon a verdict of guilty, in the District Court of Ramsey County, of the crime of forgery in the second degree. Defendant appeals from the judgment.

Defendant was employed by the Liberty State Bank of St. Paul, Minnesota, on September 7, 1955, on which date she felt ill and requested permission to leave work early. She left at approximately 1:30 p. m.
