— On f|e 24th of February 18Q6, William Tyree and John Jordan entered into articles, whereby the former agreed to sell to the latter a lot in Lexington ; ■ and the latter, in consideration thereof agreed to sell to the former two lots in Standford, which he claimed under William Henderson or his representatives ; and also to pay the sum of 800 dollars, in sundry payments',' the last of which was to be made oh the 1st of January 1808.
