In this case, on the petition of the relator, an alternative writ of mandamus was issued to the respondents requiring them to issue to the realtor a certificate of purchase for the E. ½ of Section 1, Township 52, North of Range 76, situated in Campbell County, State of Wyoming, at the sale price therefor of $10 per acre, or to show cause why they refuse to do so.
