This matter came before the court by way of three motions for summary judgment filed separately on behalf of four defendants, all asserting plaintiffs’ claims are barred by one or more preclu-sionary doctrines, i.e., the entire controversy doctrine, res judica-*6ta, or collateral estoppel. Defendant Litton Loan Servicing withdrew its motion after oral argument.
