H.K. Porter Company (Porter) appeals from a district court order granting a summary judgment which ordered Porter to reinstate all retiree medical and life insurance benefits that its wholly-owned subsidiary terminated at the expiration of the collective bargaining agreement it had with plaintiff-appellees’ union.
