This action is brought by the plaintiff in his double capacity as executor of the estate of Charles B. Yiall, and as administrator of the estate of Caroline N. Yiall, for the reformation of two certain deeds given by him: One in his representative capacity as executor, of a piece of land belonging to the former estate, and one in his representative capacity as administrator, of a piece of land belonging to the latter estate.
