Appellant Elias Gaitan appeals his convictions for continuous sexual abuse of a child, aggravated sexual assault of a child, and two counts of indecency with a child. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. §§ 21.02, 21.11(a)(1), 22.021(a)(1) (West, Westlaw through 2015 R.S.). After a jury found him guilty of the offenses, the trial court sentenced appellant to life imprisonment in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice-Institutional Division on the first two counts, and twenty years’ imprisonment on counts three and four, to run consecutively.
