Dianne Hyland appeals pro se from the order of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware granting summary judgmént against her in this employment discrimination action. For the reasons that follow, we will affirm.

This case involves allegations brought by Hyland against her long-time employer, Smyrna School District (“Smyrna”). 1 In April 2009, she filed a charge of discrimination with the Delaware Department of Labor (“DDOL”) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”).
