MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

These three lawsuits present three primary issues. The first is whether a manufacturer, who is a nonsignatory to contracts executed by purchasers and their dealers, may invoke arbitration clauses contained in those contracts to compel arbitration of the purchasers’ claims pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, as amended, 9 U.S.C.A. §§ 1-16, commonly known as the FAA.
