On August 3, 2017, Plaintiff Deborah Smith filed a state court Complaint [ECF No. 5] against Defendants Iron Workers District Council of Southern Ohio & Vicinity Pension Trust (the Fund) and Garland Smith. This case was removed to federal court [ECF No. 1] on August 25, 2017.
