Pamela S. Parker was terminated from her employment with Boise Telco Federal Credit Union (BTFCU) in 1994. She filed a wrongful termination action against BTFCU and her former supervisor, Robert Bums, claiming: (1) breach of the employment contract; (2) breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing; (3) gender discrimination; and (4) that the doctrine of quasiestoppel precluded termination of her employment.
