This is a declaratory judgment proceeding instituted- by the General Accident Fire and Life Assurance Corporation, Ltd., *616the principal purpose of which is to determine which of three liability insurance companies is required to defend the original defendants or either of them, and the additional defendant in a trespass suit filed in this court by Agnes D. Athey and Irwin L. Athey, Plaintiffs, at no. 89, November term, 1956.
