This is a review of a decision of the court of appeals 1 affirming a judgment of the circuit court for Milwaukee county, DAVID V. JENNINGS, JR., Circuit Judge, which dismissed the plaintiff's com plaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted.
We reverse the decision of the court of appeals and remand to the circuit court for further proceedings.
