I. INTRODUCTION
This case is before this Court pursuant to a Notice of Appeal filed by appellant, Gus Kapernekas. Appellant seeks the reversal of the June 8, 1992 Order of the Bankruptcy Court (Balick, J.) denying his Motion for Allowance and Payment of an Administrative Claim pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 503(b)(1)(A) for that portion of his claim representing post-petition lost wages and other benefits. 1 Due to the fact that the back pay claim at issue in Kapernekas’ motion is quite similar to the backpay orders issued by the National Labor Relations Board…
