CARNES, Circuit Judge:
In this Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) case, Ellen T. Harris appeals from the district court’s entry of summary judgment in favor of the defendant, H & W Contracting Company (the “Company”). The district court granted summary judgment in favor of the Company on the grounds that Harris, who has been diagnosed with and receives ongoing treatment for Graves’ disease, cannot show that she has a “disability” within the meaning of the ADA. We reverse, because we find that genuine issues of material fact do exist about whether Harris has a disability within the meaning…
