‘ Plaintiff, Robert Schultz, appeals from an order of the circuit court of Cook County dismissing his second amended complaint for failure to state a cause of action. Plaintiff filed suit against defendant, Continental Casualty Company (hereinafter Continental), an insurance carrier, for a declaratory judgment as to inter alia whether defendant’s insurance policy provided coverage for plaintiff and sought production of the complete insurance policy.
