This is an action brought pursuant to § 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), against the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare, by Adeline Foules Young Vetrano, on behalf of her two minor children, Elois Alyne Vetrano and Jerri Ann Vetrano, to review a final decision of the Secretary denying a claim for monthly child’s insurance benefits on the social security earnings record of their deceased father, Vincent Vetrano.
