Appeal from the chancery court of Coahoma county. Hon. E. P. Eeeb, Chancellor. The facts in the case fully appear in the opinion of the court. No particular form or ceremony is necessary to constitute marriage in this State. A marriage per verba tie presentí, by the parties themselves, is as good as though solemnized under a marriage license, by a clergyman or civil magistrate.

No particular form or ceremony is necessary to constitute marriage in this State. Susan Dickerson and Oliver Dickerson, complainants, filed their bill óf complaint in the chancery court of Coahoma county, in July, 1871, against W. N. Brown and Mary Ann Dickerson, setting forth that the complainants are the children and heirs at law of L. P.
