This is a boundary line dispute involving title to about 5.42 acres of farm land in Pottawatomie county. Plaintiff, who was in possession, prevailed in an action to quiet title and the defendants appeal. The case was tried on December 29,1941, and taken under advisement until April 4, 1944, when the trial court made twenty findings of fact favorable to plaintiff and entered judgment accordingly.
