The Law Division held that the defendant Board of Trustees, Burlington County College, was obligated under the New Jersey Employer-Employee Relations Act (N. J. 8. A. 34-.13A-1 et seq.) to negotiate the format of the college calendar -with the plaintiff Burlington County College Faculty Association as exclusive representative of the members of the faculty and certain other employees at Burlington County College.' 119 N.
