I. INTRODUCTION.
The currently proposed chapter II plans of reorganization represent the latest sad chapter in a lengthy struggle relating to the troubles, and desire for ultimate control, of publicly-held corporate giant AMERCO, Inc., and its principal subsidiary, U-Haul International, Inc.
