MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER
J. BLAINE ANDERSON, Circuit Judge.
This action is presently before the court on defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment. The hearing was held June 14, 1976. The grounds in support of the motion are: plaintiff’s failure to exhaust her Tribal remedies, failure to state a cause of action against the defendant Tribe, immunity of the defendant Tribe and defendant Dann, and failure to allege and produce sufficient (or any) facts to support a finding of conspiracy.
