The plaintiff, Creóla C. Reese (the “plaintiff’), is seeking compensation for damages she sustained allegedly as a result of bed bug bites during her stay in the summer of 2010 at the Madison Hotel, located at 1177 15th Street, N.W. in Washington, D.C. and operated by Defendant Loew’s Madison Hotel Corp.
