Amy Gusky (Claimant) petitions for review of the December 6, 2011, Order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board), which affirmed the decision of an Unemployment Compensation Referee (Referee) finding Claimant ineligible for unemployment compensation (UC) benefits. The Board determined that Claimant was not “unemployed” pursuant to Sections 401 and 4(u) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law)2 for the *317claim weeks at issue.
