After a jury trial, defendants, Charles Byrd and Larry Watts, were found guilty of aggravated criminal sexual assault. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985, ch. 38, par. 12—14(a)(2).) Defendant Watts was sentenced to 10 years and defendant Byrd was sentenced to eight years to be served in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
