Carsten Winter died testate in the state of New York on or about the 3d day of August 1928. His will was admitted to probate in the surrogate court of New York County, state of New York. On the 12th day of June 1929 an order was entered admitting the will of Carsten Winter, as a foreign will, to probate in the District Court of Iowa in and for Lyon County, and Warren H. White was appointed as administrator with will annexed in said estate. He qualified on the 17th day of June 1929 and letters of administration were .issued to him on the aforesaid date.
