This case comes to us by certification from the Appellate Department of the Superior Court, in and for the County of Los Angeles, following its decision affirming a judgment of the Municipal Court of the Los Angeles Judicial District, which awards damages to plaintiff, the purchaser of an automobile, against both the manufacturer and the dealer who sold the vehicle to plaintiff for breach of warranty. We have concluded that the decision of the appellate department was correct.
