This is an action for damages arising out of an automobile collision. It appears from the record that, on or about May 28, 1925, the plaintiff’s automobile, a Chalmers, driven by his wife, collided with a Dodge, the automobile of the defendant, driven by his wife, at the intersection of Assembly and Richland Streets in the City of Columbia, apparently doing some damage to both cars.
