RICKLES, J.

On November 5, 1979, defendant Chagolla entered a guilty plea to a charge of attempted murder (Pen. Code, § 217) 1 and admitted an enhancing allegation, i.e., intentional infliction of great bodily injury (§ 12022.7).

He was sentenced to state prison for seven years on December 3, 1979. This sentence included a midrange term of four years for the attempted murder and an enhancement of three years for the great bodily injury.
