MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter is before the Court on Defendant Public Storage Business Parks’ Motion to Dismiss. [Dkt. 6.] For the following reasons, the Court will deny Defendant’s Motion.
I. Background
Plaintiff pro se Sergei Veliaminov brings a Complaint against his former employer, Public Storage Business Parks, alleging violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967.
