WADDILL, Circuit Judge.

The appellant, Struthers & Dixon, Inc., is an intervening petitioner and libelant in the admiralty cause of Standard Oil Company, of New Jersey against the steamship Centaurus, pending in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and by this appeal seeks to review and reverse the decree of the Maryland court rendered on the 9th day of November, 1922, dismissing its petition of intervention.
