*777May the Probation Department unilaterally require a probationer to reveal his conviction to his or her employer or compel the probationer to resign from his or her employment in administering the probation condition that she or he “[w]ork faithfully at a suitable employment”? (Penal Law § 65.10 [2] [c].)
