ESCHBACH, District Judge.

This is an action to enjoin, annul, and set aside a decision and order issued by the Interstate Commerce Commission, Division 1, dated November 27, 1962, granting a certificate of public convenience and necessity to Trans-American Van Service, Inc., intervening defendant herein, authorizing it to operate in interstate or foreign commerce as a common carrier by motor vehicle of uncrated pianos from Bluffton, Indiana, to all points in the United States over irregular routes, with certain specified exceptions, and denying the application of North American Van Lines,…
