HAND, Circuit Judge.

On November 23, 1923, Eeuer, the bankrupt, filed a voluntary petition and was adjudicated on the same day. In his schedules appeared the name of the petitioner as a creditor in the sum of $122,050.43. On April 28, 1924, Eeuer filed his petition for a discharge, to which the petitioner filed specifications of objection. On May 8, 1924, Eeuer in turn filed exceptions to the specifications, which were referred to a master, who reported back overruling the exceptions.
