OPINION

THOMAS, Justice.

A jury found Bennie Lee Moore guilty of aggravated robbery and, after finding the enhancement allegations to be true, assessed punishment at fifty years. In seven points of error, Moore contends that: (a) the evidence was insufficient to support the verdict; (b) the trial court failed to properly instruct the jury on what constitutes serious bodily injury; (c) the trial court erred in overruling his motion to quash the indictment; (d) the trial court erred in overruling his motion to appoint an expert witness; (e) the trial court improperly admitted certain statements…
