On the 19th day of February, 1912, appellant issued to Charles William Robinson, the husband of appellee, an accident policy in the principal sum of $7,-500. Mr. Robinson died on the 23d day of January, 1922, with the policy in full force and effect. On appellant’s refusal to pay the amount claimed under the accident features of the policy, appellee instituted this suit, and was awarded judgment for $7,500, the amount of {he policy contract, $337.50 interest, $900 statutory penalty, and $2,500 attorney’s fees.
