Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin Capital (Houlihan) appeals an Order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma granting in part and denying in part compensation it requested in a final fee application filed in the Chapter 11 cases of Commercial Financial Services, Inc. (CFS) and CF/SPC NGU, Inc. (collectively, the “Debtors”).
