Plaintiff Board of Trustees of the Automobile Mechanics’ Local No. 701 Union and Industry Pension Fund (“Board”) brought suit against Defendant 6516 Ogden Avenue, LLC (“Defendant”) for withdrawal liability under the Employee Re*1181tirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”). Before the Court is the Board’s motion for summary judgment [25], to which Defendant has failed to respond. For the reasons stated below, the Court grants the Board’s motion [25].
