Plaintiff Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence (“Brady Campaign”) brings *1089this lawsuit seeking declaratory and in-junctive relief against Kansas Governor Sam Brownback, Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt, and all other persons acting on behalf of the state of Kansas (collectively, “Defendants”), in their official capacities.
