Decky FNU, 1 together with his wife and daughter as derivative beneficiaries (collectively, “petitioners”), seek review of the decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) affirming the denial of applications for asylum under Section 208 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (the “Act”), for withholding of removal under Section 241(b)(3) of the Act, and for withholding of removal under the Convention Against Torture (“CAT”).
