INGRAHAM, Circuit Judge:

This is an interlocutory appeal from a denial of an injunction. Appellant Southwestern Bell Telephone Company (the company) has brought suit against the Communications Workers of Ameri-ca and its Local 6222 (the union) under § 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947, 29 U.S.C. § 185, for breach of the collective bargaining agreement and to enjoin the union’s striking of one of the company’s construction sites.
